MyTopExchange is a website that exchange e-currencies such as Perfect Money, Webmoney, Skrill e.t.c. and cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum e.t.c. We also make deposit and withdrawals to forex trading accounts such as InstaForex, JustForex e.t.c.

What are your working hours? Do you work on weekends/public holidays?
We work round the clock, 247. Weekends & public holidays inclusive. We have an automated system in place where most transactions are completed without human intervention.
What payment method does MyTopExchange accept?

Do you run an investment or fund management program?
We do not run any investment or fund management program.
Is account verification compulsory on your website?
Verification is compulsory if you are buying any ecurrency from us. But if you are selling funds to us, verification is not necessary as we ONLY pay Naira directly to your bank account.
How long does it take to verify my account?
Verification is processed within few minutes/hours.
Can I have more than one MyTopExchange account?
Not allowed. You can only open one account on our website.
Do you accept physical transactions at your office?
Yes off course. You can visit our Lagos office if you prefer to do your transaction physically.
I want to send you money from my brother’s account; do you accept third party transfers?
No pls. We do not accept transfer from another person’s account. You have to send us payment from your personal account.
I have sent money to your account; you have not paid me till now. What is going on?
Apologies! It could be due to the interbank network that is delaying you from receiving your payment. Another reason may be that our support staff is yet to treat on your request as it may require manual intervention. In any case, you can exercise a little more patience or contact us
How do I withdraw money from my account using MyTopExchange?
To withdraw from your account, you have to first login to your account. Click Cashier, then click Payment Agent, under Payment Agent, then select MyTopExchange to send your funds. After you do that, you can then login to your MyTopExchange account to send us a withdrawal request.
How long does it take for you to pay me if I sell ECurrency to you?
For Perfect Money, Bitcoin and Ethereum, payment is sent automatically within 10 seconds to your bank account once you send funds to our ECurrency account. For withdrawal, InstaForex, Neteller, Skrill & Payoneer funds, payment is sent manually within few mins/hours to your bank account.
What should I do if I have not received a confirmation email after the registration?
As soon as you register on our website, we send you an email to activate your account. If you do not receive the email within five minutes, check your Spam folder. If the email is not there, contact us
